On November 26, 1960, appellant Rose Moritz was driving her automobile in an easterly direction on West Mason street in Green Bay, and respondent Donald Erickson was approaching from the east on the same street. As Mrs. Moritz was in the process of making a left turn onto Sixteenth avenue, a north-south street which forms a "T" intersection with West Mason, her automobile was struck in the right rear by the right rear of respondents vehicle. Mrs. Moritz alighted from her car, talked to Erickson and later, after purchasing some groceries, drove her car home.
